Auto calling

Auto calling which help the sales team to call multiple learners in a single click thus will help save lot of time and thus will be help the BDS to talk more learner and it will help to make more revenue

Sales target/ Incentive tracker

Provide BDEs with real-time visibility of their performance with respect to their revenue targets, celebrate the incentives gained by them, and motivate them to make more efforts.

Followups

Follow-ups can help the BDS schedule follow-up sessions with learners. For example, if learners are interested but need two days before committing, the BDS can schedule the follow-up accordingly. These kinds of learners are highly likely to convert, this will generate more revenue.

Year in Review 2021-22: We are planning to provide some delightful features to the BDs to motivate and thank them for their invaluable contributions and the impact they have created.

Monitoring user engagement using Amplitude

I also set up analytics dashboards on Amplitude to measure the adoption of Community on both learner and educator ends.

Impacts

Nimbus opened a whole new way of experiences for the sales team. From day one of the launch, it has been one of the highest engagement features.
